**Short answer:** Recordable — days away from work (column H)

Yes. When a physician or licensed health care professional recommends days away, you record the days the worker should have stayed home, even if the worker decides to come to work. Count calendar days after the day of injury, up to 180.

## Why

- The worker missed at least one day of work after the day of injury. [29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3)](https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-29/section-1904.7)
