HardHat Binder helps small construction contractors (1–50 employees) put together their written safety program: Job Hazard Analyses, site-specific safety plans, state-required plans, toolbox talks and the OSHA injury and illness log. Everything is available in English and Spanish.

HardHat Binder is operated by Leadspire LLC. It is a private software product. It is not a government website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, or any other agency.

How documents are made

Regulatory text in state plans comes from reviewed templates. Job Hazard Analyses are drafted with AI from the task and site details you enter, then checked for structure. Every regulation we cite links to the official source (eCFR or the state agency).

Documents are drafts. A competent person at your company must review and adapt them to your site before use.
