Leadspire LLC operates HardHat Binder. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account: your email address and, if you add them, name and language preference.

Company: company name, logo, address, phone, state, trade, employee count and typical tasks.

Documents and records: the task and job-site details you enter, generated documents, and — if you use the OSHA log — injury and illness case details you record.

Billing: Stripe gives us your customer ID, plan and payment status. We do not receive full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the Service: generate and store documents, send sign-in links, receipts and the reminders you turn on, and keep your account secure.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

Railway (hosting, database and file storage, United States), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (drafting documents from the task details you enter), and Cloudflare (domain and DNS). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Injury and illness records

OSHA log entries can include health information about your employees. Only members of your company account can see them. Use the privacy-case option for cases the rules require you to keep confidential.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can export or delete your data. Write to support@hardhatbinder.com and we will respond within 30 days. Records you are legally required to keep (such as OSHA logs) are your responsibility to retain before deleting your account.
