Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Leadspire LLC ("we") for the use of HardHat Binder (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them.

1. What the Service is — and is not

The Service generates safety document templates and record-keeping tools. It does not provide legal, engineering, or safety consulting advice, and it does not guarantee compliance with any law or regulation.

You are responsible for having a competent person review every document, adapt it to actual site conditions, and train your workers. You remain responsible for your recordkeeping and reporting obligations.

The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by OSHA or any government agency.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

The information you enter about your company, job sites and injury cases must be accurate and yours to share.

3. Payments

Previews are free. A single clean document costs $49. Pro costs $59 per month or $449 per year. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added. There is no free trial: the free preview of every document lets you review it before paying.

If you buy a single document and then subscribe to Pro within 14 days, the $49 you paid is credited on your first Pro invoice (once per company).

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months.

Annual plan satisfaction refund: if Pro is not right for you, write to support@hardhatbinder.com within 30 days of your first annual payment and we refund it in full (once per company). This is a satisfaction refund, not a promise of regulatory compliance.

If a single-document purchase did not work as described, write to support@hardhatbinder.com within 14 days and we will fix it or refund it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break security, scrape it at scale, resell it, or use it to mislead anyone about who prepared a document.

5. Your content

You own the information you enter and the documents generated for you. You give us the permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for workplace incidents, citations or penalties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email account owners about material changes at least 15 days before they take effect.
